Do you speak to international audiences? The seminar will provide essential criteria for excellent presentations in science. Apart from quick content inputs by the trainer, this seminar will focus on your 5-10 minute presentations followed by high-level feedbacks, including video analyses. You will be stimulated by many practical exercises and also learn from the best speakers around the world, including brief analyses of TED talks.
After this training you will be able to
- develop your personal public speaking style,
- prepare professionally prior to your speech,
- vary your presentation intro and outro and succeed in discussions,
- engage your audience and highlight your professional expertise.

The course is targeted at junior scientists who want to train and improve their presentations.

|Requirements||Participants should have English language skills at least the B2 level.|
Participants please keep a laptop/ PC with video and audio function or a webcam and headset ready.
Bring a 5-10 minute presentation of your choice (in English). You can deliver it without material, by PowerPoint, as poster or on whiteboard.
|Completion||Assuming successful participation, you receive a certificate of attendance.|
